Our Gentle Iron contains Iron Bisglycinate, a well-tolerated form of Iron that is gentle to your system and can help relieve iron deficiency and anemia.

Medicinal ingredients per capsule:
• Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)  60 mg
• Folate (Folic Acid) 400 mcg
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 8 mcg
• Iron (Ferrous Bisglycinate) 28 mg 

Excipients: 
• Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Croscarmellose Sodium, Gelatin, Mannitol.

Directions:
• Adults, take one (1) capsule once a day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.
