Glucosamine helps stop cartilage deterioration while reducing or eliminating pain and improving joint function. Glucosamine occurs naturally in the body and is a building block for healthy cartilage and connective tissue.  Supplemental glucosamine helps stimulate the manufacture of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), key components of cartilage that give it shock-absorbing qualities. Research has shown that supplemental glucosamine can help reduce joint pain, stiffness, tenderness and swelling as well as increased joint performance. Kirkland Signature™ Glucosamine Sulfate is dosed at 750 mg per capsule and only two capsules per day are needed to help relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis and protect against cartilage deterioration.

Medicinal ingredients: 

• Glucosamine Sulfate (potassium chloride from shrimp/crab exoskeleton) - 750 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients:

• Gelatin capsule (gelatin [bovine], purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), microcrystalline cellulose.

Recommended dosage (adults): 

• 2 capsules daily or as directed by a physician.
• Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
