DOSAGE : Adult: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily.

SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Take with food.

PRESERVATION : To avoid contamination of the product, do not drink directly from the bottle and consume within four weeks after opening. Keep refrigerated after opening.
