Land Art proposes an innovative product for the healthy management of emotions composed of botanical extracts working together in synergy: L-5-HTP (Extracted from the Griffonia seed, it is a precursor to serotonin), Hops and Passionflower. Contrary to prescription antidepressants and sleeping pills, 5-HTP doesn't have any unpleasant side effects such as dry mouth or decreased libido.

L-5-HTP (Isolated from Griffonia seed) 50 mg
Hops, strobile (Humulus lupulus) 500 mg dry herb (in 4000 mg 1:8 extract)
Passionflower, herb (Passiflora incarnata) 250 mg dry herb (in 4000 mg 1:16 extract)

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS : Vegetable glycerin.*No added sugar, aroma or coloring agents. No preservatives. No allergenics (gluten, wheat, dairy products, yeast, corn).

SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Duration of use: Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year.

PRESERVATION : To avoid contamination of the product, do not drink directly from the bottle and consume within four weeks after opening. Keep refrigerated after opening.

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS : Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have depression and/or related diseases, if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes.Consumption of Hops or Passionflower with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness . Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Passionflower hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.

CONTRAINDICATIONS : Do not use if you have scleroderma.

DRUG INTERACTION : Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication.
