Recommended Use or Purpose: Helps increase total sleep time aspect of sleep quality in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, e.g. shift work and jet lag; to relieve the daytime fatigue associated with the jet lag; to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome; and to reset the body’s sleep-wake cycle aspect of circadian rhythm.

Ingredients: Each capsule contains:
Melatonin  –  3 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable grade), and empty gelatin capsules.Adult Dosage: Take 1 – 3 capsules, once daily at or before bedtime only.

Cautions & Warning: Consult health care practitioner prior to use if you have hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications. If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks or if pain or other factors appear to be the cause of sleeplessness, consult your health care practitioner. This product has been sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Contra-Indications:Do not use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
