Complete with key nutrients including 1 mg of folic acid for the prevention of neural tube defects, 20 mg of an easy to absorb, non-constipating iron to prevent iron deficiency,15 mg of Zinc to support fetal growth and development and 1000IU of Vitamin D to ensure development of strong bones.

Recommended Use: This is a multi-vitamin/mineral supplment for pregnant women. It helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy.
